When you are affected by injury, illness, pain, or disability, physiotherapy helps relieve pain, restore movement and function and regain overall well-being.

Whether you're seeking relief from back pain, sciatica, knee pain, frozen shoulder, or groin pain, my specialised treatments are designed to address your specific needs effectively.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy entails a comprehensive clinical assessment, methodically uncovering the root of your discomfort or impairment.

Throughout the treatment process, I draw upon my extensive background in orthopaedics, rheumatology, surgery and Pilates: I blend movement analysis, manual therapy (hands on treatment), exercise guidance, soft tissue treatment, and acupuncture to give you the best treatment and exercise rehabilitation – to help you reach your goals.

By understanding your condition and how physiotherapy can help, you'll be better equipped to take an active role in your healing journey.

I offer treatment in my clinic in Kenilworth or virtual consultation from the comfort of your home.

MSK pain & conditions

Experience quality physiotherapy from the comfort of your space.

In addition to in-person sessions, I offer you a personalised and detailed assessment and treatment using various online platforms.

What can be done in an online physiotherapy treatment?

I aim to understand your condition, injury, pain, or movement issues. Using your webcam, I can observe and analyze your movements and exercises. This allows me to not only assess what you're doing but mostly how you're doing it. This analysis will enable me to provide guidance for improvement and then create a tailored exercise plan designed exclusively for you.

I can email you this plan via easy-to-use exercise software.

I will also provide education and advice during and to help you effectively manage your condition and optimise symptom relief.

Online physiotherapy treatment is an excellent option if you find it challenging to attend in person due to distance, health, or mobility concerns. They can also be helpful before an in-person session or as a second opinion.
