EDUCATION
I am a great believer in educating people about healthy lifestyles, self-help strategies, and promoting people’s understanding of their own bodies.
For the past few years, I have delivered a variety of training sessions to the public, in workplaces and to health care professionals.

MUSCULOSKELETAL IMPLICATIONS OF THE MENOPAUSE FOR MSK PHYSIOTHERAPISTS
This training session is designed for MSK physio’s to bridge the gap between pelvic health and MSK health. The workshop provides an overview of hormonal changes and their effect on the MSK and soft tissue system. It also covers the recognition of pelvic red flags and the management of pelvic conditions externally.
I am happy to deliver training at workplaces or local community groups about a variety of health-related topics.
